Even though most of our work is being done on the inside of Amelia, we never get bored of this view. To say that we're excited to be done with this build is a huge understatement.

Hey guys! Sorry you haven't heard from us in the last two weeks. "Week 18" of the build Amelia went into the shop to have a thorough checkup,

This week I want to start off by showing you a few pictures of the various phases of life the bed area in Amelia has gone through during this build. I think it's the best way to truly appreciate how she looks now. 

We feel really close to being done with Amelia, even though we know that we've a few more weeks of work to do.

The last step before we could install our top cabinets was getting our button latches and hinges installed in the doors. I was under the impression that it might take a bit of work (like seemingly everything else)

At some point this week I realized, I have worked on Amelia everyday for the last month! With some of our progress lately it has opened up the ability to work on so many different projects around Amelia that I haven't even considered taking a day off because there has been so many things on my to-do list.

Hey friends, longtime no talk! Might I say, you look great today?! The last time we talked in depth about our  build was the end of December and we had just wrapped up Amelia's fresh paint job!

This past week has been pretty different from everything to date. Up until now we've been rolling smoothly through the build. The order in which we've been tackling projects has been very clear, and there was a lot needing to be worked on all at once. Until this week.

It's hard to believe that we are 5 weeks in. This past week absolutely wore us out because we working on Amelia every single day

Hello again my friends, MAK here! It's crazy to think that it has already been a week since we did the last update. This has been the 4th week of work that we have done on Amelia, and it was largely spent fiberglassing in holes on the exterior.

MAK here! We've been really busy these first few weeks doing sporadic burst of work on Amelia. Going forward we'll be posting our weekly updates on the build out. This time I'll be catching you up on about 3 weeks of work.

We thought it would be fun to give you guys a tour of our new home, a 1985 Toyota Sunrader 4x4, named Amelia. This tour is of her in her VERY original state and is likely how she came from the factory.

We have been toying with the idea of starting up a YouTube channel for a while now, so we thought it was high time that we make it happen. Our first video is live! Allow us to introduce our new home! She is a 1985 Toyota Sunrader 4x4. There were only 28 4x4s ever made and we somehow got lucky enough to have one. We found her on a Toyota forum for sale in Bozeman, Montana. Here are some of the stats:
